The material starts with Frameworks: Referral Development for Medical Massage, a 2014 book being republished here chapter by chapter, free. The method in it is field-tested and has held up. The details around it have not, so the web edition is revised: dead links point at resources that exist again, and the places where 2026 genuinely differs — post-pandemic office access, e-fax and EHR referral routing, compliance around food and gifts, insurance rules that drift by state — are marked as revisions rather than quietly rewritten.
